Tweddle is thrilled to welcome Rachael Young as our new Executive Director of People, Culture, Quality, and Communications.
Rachael brings a wealth of experience from her work in community-based and health service organisations, specialising in People and Culture, Governance, Strategy, and Quality.
Recently, she was engaged as an Organisational Development Consultant, working with Peninsula Health and The Alfred, where she facilitated organisational alignment to the recommendations into Victoria’s mental health system.
She has also worked with QEC, Windana, and community health services in the areas of Strategic and Organisational Development, People and Culture.
Before starting her consultancy, Rachael was the General Manager of Organisational Support & Development, Quality, Risk, and Strategy at Star Health. With over 20 years of executive leadership experience, she is highly skilled in people and culture, strategy, employee and industrial relations, and organisational development.
