Information Sharing Schemes

Tweddle is prescribed under the Child Information Sharing Scheme (CIS), the Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme (FVIS) and the Multi Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework (MARAM). These reforms are designed to promote the wellbeing and safety of children/adult victim survivors and to improve responses to family violence.

Other Information Sharing Entities (ISEs) and/or Risk Assessment Entities (RAEs) can use this request form to seek confidential information for the purposes of family violence and child/ren risk assessments.
