Our Approach
At Tweddle, we understand that parenting comes with its unique challenges. Our experienced team
of nurses, clinicians, and early parenting practitioners with expertise and qualifications in early parenting and perinatal mental health and wellbeing are here to support you through the journey.

Public Day Stay Program
Duration: Approx. 6-7 hours (9am to 4pm)
Cost: Free
Spend the day with fellow parents, all navigating the challenges of parenthood. Our focus is on supporting each other and empowering your family. Engage in this shared experience, where you can concentrate on your child’s growth and development, side by side with a community of understanding families.
Ages of Babies and Toddlers
Tweddle’s Maribyrnong and Wyndham programs support parents and their 0–3-year-old children.
Our Brimbank (Kings Park) Day Stay program supports parents with children up to 12 months.

The service is available three weekdays and alternate Saturdays for families who are experiencing parenting difficulties with children up to 3 years of age.

Tweddle’s Wyndham Day Stay program is available for parents of babies aged between 0-3 years. The program is open from 9am – 4pm every Tuesday.
Getting to Know Your Baby Day Stay (newborns – 3 months)
The Getting to Know Your Baby Day Stay program is provided free of charge once a month in Footscray on a Thursday. Between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm, families and their infants engage in friendly and candid discussions about parenthood. This includes a wide range of themes, from understanding newborn cues and feeding and sleeping patterns, to exploring developmental milestones, bonding and attachment.
