Circle of Security
A free 8-week early parenting program for parents of babies and children aged 0-6 years.

The Circle of Security program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.
The attachment between child and caregiver is critical to a child’s current and future wellbeing. University-based studies show that secure children have increased empathy, greater self-esteem, better relationships with parents and peers, enter school more ready to learn, and are able to manage their emotions better than their less secure peers.
