Our Family Programs
Tweddle is a statewide Early Parenting Centre here to support you and your family throughout the transition from pregnancy to parenting. We address a range of concerns such as sleep and settling, health and wellbeing, behaviour, and attachment-related challenges for your baby, toddler, or preschooler.
Our focus is on early intervention and prevention, targeting sleep and settling, building strong attachments, enhancing resilience, and helping you decipher your baby’s cues.
Spend the day with fellow parents, all navigating the challenges of parenthood. Our focus is on supporting each other and empowering your family.
Our experienced Tweddle Practitioners offer 30-minute telephone consultations, providing support and guidance on sleep and settling, parenting uncertainty, and various other issues.
Tweddle’s no-cost in-home support is a valuable program offering two 2-hour home visits to families across the West. We provides gentle solutions to various parenting concerns.
Early Help Family Service is a collaborative program by Anglicare Victoria, Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA), and Tweddle, offering inclusive support to families in Western Melbourne with children aged 0-18.
Getting ready for a baby and becoming a parent can be challenging. The GGB&K team helps growing families access tailored support anytime during pregnancy and the first few weeks after the baby is born.
Looking for a way to build stronger bonds with your little one, while having fun and connecting with other parents? This free 8-week program welcomes mums, dads, foster parents, and primary carers with babies and toddlers aged 8 months to 2 years.
