Following ten years of championing the needs of babies, toddlers, their families, and communities, Jacquie O’Brien has departed her role as Tweddle CEO. Chairperson Doris Whitmore will also be moving on from her role on the Tweddle Board after her nine-year tenure. Doris and Jacquie leave a legacy of strength and stability, steering significant expansion and investment during their time at Tweddle.
Ms O Brien is replaced by new Interim CEO Umit Agis. Umit has worked within the health sector for over 30 years. He holds a Bachelor of Social Work, Post-Graduate Diploma in Health Sciences, Masters of Management, Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors and is completing a Doctorate in Business Administration.
Umit has an academic chair with the Institute of International Organisation of Psychological Medicine as well as being a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
We welcome Umit to the Tweddle team during a period of significant growth not only for Tweddle, but the Early Parenting sector.
