Targeted Care Administration Coordinator 0.8EFT

We are looking for an experienced administration co-ordinator with a strong work ethic who has the necessary knowledge, skills, abilities and attitude to fulfil this senior administration role within our Parenting Assessment and Skill Development Service team at Tweddle that provides services to vulnerable families.  We are a team that pride ourselves in working collaboratively, respecting each other and being accountable; if this sounds like a natural fit, this role may be for you.

Tweddle is a leader in the delivery of Early Parenting support and education and is a public hospital. Every year Tweddle’s specialised team of parenting practitioners provide support to over 4,000 families facing parenting challenges.  Additional help for mums and dads is needed now more than ever.

This is a key position that co-ordinates a small team across two programs whilst maintaining a sense of warmth and compassion with team members and clients.  To be successful in this position you will hold suitable qualifications and experience in senior administrative roles, be customer focused, curious and demonstrate a history of working with multiple stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes/continuous improvement.

Clinical Nurse Consultant – 0.6 – 0.8EFT (Negotiable)

It’s all about relationships – As part of Tweddle’s breaking the Cycle Strategy and in line with Expanding Victoria’s Early Parenting Centres network 2019 – 2024, Tweddle are on the lookout for a clinical nurse consultant to take a lead role in the development and implementation of this key child-centric service. This is a real opportunity to design a flexible service response based on client need across the suite of services offered here at Tweddle.

More help for mums and dads is needed now more than ever before. This role requires a strong advocate to promote the voice of the infant across all tiers of service delivery. The vision for the successful candidate is to role model implementation of theory and research into contemporary practice to enhance clinical competency across the service.
