  • We have the technology and resources in place to ensure we can support families remotely
  • We have also made additional investments in our infrastructure to cater for potential increased remote access
  • Some staff will be available via email, telephone or by video conferencing during this time.
Safety precautions
  • We have implemented residential unit and office safety precautions, including directing our staff/families and/or visitors to stay home if they have symptoms of illness and self-quarantine after suspected or possible exposure
  • All visitors to our premises are required to register and advise us of recent overseas travel, potential exposure and relevant health symptoms
  • We have enhanced daily cleaning procedures to maintain a healthy work environment and we will continue to reinforce office protocols regarding hygiene.
Ongoing communications
  • We want to keep an open line of communication with staff, families and community during this fast-moving and uncertain time
  • We will regularly share updates as well as any relevant articles and information relating to the health ramifications of COVID-19
