Tweddle welcomes your feedback whether it’s a compliment, complaint idea and/or suggestion. This valuable feedback helps us to know what we are doing well and what we need to improve upon. We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them confidentially and as soon as possible. Complaints are fully investigated and we will let you know what action we have or plan to take as a result.

  Complete a feedback form at Tweddle and place it into the secure feedback box or give it to a staff member



If you remain unhappy with our resolution to your feedback, you may wish to contact the Health Complaints Commissioner (HCC).  The HCC responds to complaints about health services in Victoria.  Their service is free, confidential and impartial.

To lodge a complaint with the HCC you can:

  • Complete an online form or call 1300 582 113 from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday to discuss your complaint.
