We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them confidentially and as soon as possible. Complaints are fully investigated and we will let you know what action we have or plan to take as a result.

If you remain unhappy with our resolution to your feedback, you may wish to contact the Health Complaints Commissioner (HCC). The HCC responds to complaints about health services in Victoria. Their service is free, confidential and impartial.
To lodge a complaint with the HCC you can:
