Emma Fleming making a positive difference at Tweddle

My name is Emma. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for the past 20 years. My background is 14 years in Neonatal Intensive Care, where I cared for extremely premature babies and their families. My passion has always been supporting families in their transition from hospital to the comfort of their homes. This love of babies and their families led me to a position as an RN Team Leader at Tweddle. 

 As a past parent who attended Tweddle, I have an understanding of sleep and settling difficulties and how they impact family life. I found attending the day stay program very valuable, as I was supported with strategies I then practiced at home. 

What I love about Tweddle is how we work in partnership with the families we meet. We listen to their concerns and support them in a home like environment. My goal is to be a friendly face and to make a positive difference at a time in a family’s life when they need help and guidance with early parenting challenges.
