Our service provides
Individual psychology sessions focusing on:
- Mood management during pregnancy and early parenthood.
- Debriefing about the childbirth experience.
- Adjusting to the parenting role.
- Establishing and maintaining a relationship with your child.
- Self esteem and assertiveness.
- Managing anxiety.
- Overcoming depression.
- Grief and loss.
- Family conflict.
- We also provide specific group therapy programs designed to improve family functioning.
Who can attend?
Any parent, carer, couple or family with a child under the age of four.
Referrals + fees
Clients can refer themselves or be referred by a health professional.
Rebates may be available through Medicare or through private health insurance agencies.
