Mental Health Week, which will run from Sunday 4th to Saturday 10th October, is a great time to check in with a health professional if you feel you need a hand. Mental Health Week aims to activate, educate and engage Victorians about mental health through a week of interactive events across the state including an official launch, community festivals, art exhibitions, music, theatre and seminars. The Mental Health Foundation of Australia (Vic) features links to events taking place across Victoria listed on their website.Read more...
