Mary MacKillop Foundation funds new Tweddle Prison Program

A Mary MacKillop Foundation grant will enable a new Prison Program called ‘Dads From A Distance’ be delivered by Early Parenting sector leaders Tweddle.The program, which is receiving in-kind support from The Melbourne Remand Centre, will be delivered in 2015.Read more...

Tweddle's 94th AGM Acknowledges History and Achievements

Tweddle Chair Dr Nicole Milburn joined Treasurer Michael Wild, Board members and CEO Ms Jacquie O Brien in presenting the 2013/14 annual report at Tweddle’s 94th AGM on Tuesday 12th November. In addition to her role as Tweddle Chairperson, Dr Milburn is a Clinical Psychologist working in the area of childhood trauma and internal consultant for infant mental health for Berry Street Take 2. Staff and guests gathered to reflect upon Tweddle’s achievements and delivering on the 2012-2017 Strategic Plan.Read more...

Tweddle lending a hand for Postnatal Depression Awareness Week

Next week (16-22nd Nov) is Postnatal Depression Awareness Week. Here, Tweddle Psychologist Dr Emma Symes talks about the impact on mums, dads and their children and the importance of asking for help.
